JULIE SCHUETTEJULIE SCHUETTEJULIE SCHUETTEJulie Schuette 200 hr TT, W. M.T. (wife, mom, and teacher) has been a fitness instructor for 22 years and found her true passion of yoga in 2000. She began her commitment to her ashtanga yoga practice through her first ashtanga teacher, David Swenson. She has done ashtanga intensive teacher trainings with David Swenson in 2002 & 2006, Doug Swenson 2004, Beryl Bender Birch 2005, and most recently Duncan Wong 2007(yogic arts) and Rolf Gates 2007, 2008,  She completed her 200hr YOGA WORKS teacher training in Miami Beach in June 2010.

Her eclectic and inspired teaching reflects her studies with many great yogis including; Shiva Rea (vinyasa yoga), David Williams(Ashtanga), Aadil Palkhivala (Iyengar), Seane Corn(vinyasa), Bryan Kest (power), Kathy McNames (ashtanga), Baron Baptiste (power), Nicki Doane & Eddie Modestini(Ashtanga). Her primary teachers are Kino MacGregor & Tim Feldmann (Ashtanga) of Miami Life Center in South Beach Miami.

She has also studied Energy Medicine with Donna Eden and Thai Massage training with Michael Buck.

She believes that yoga practice contains the perfect metaphors for daily life and her approach is playful and challenging as well as meditative.

The balance and harmony it has brought her led to her desire to share the gift through teaching. She views yoga as a spiritual, philosophical, and energetic journey that inspires greater understanding of and connection to the true Self within. Celebrate your existence and have a great moment.

    I just had a baby not to long ago and i was wondering what would be the best types of exercises i can do that would help me get back into shape! I have been doing wendy’s yoga for abs on my on demand and i love it! I am new to all this yoga stuff!! Please help me! Thanks you for your time!!

    Haven’t seen you in forever. Sorry I’ve been caught up in life. I am starting to make time for ME so hopefully will get back into a routine soon. My body and spirit need it BAD!
